Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within maximum 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Instant Carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you a contact information or a tracking number.

Please note some cities do not provide express services due to Covid-19. We will choose regular service which take longer days and will give further notification to you regarding this.

No shipment during Saturday and Sunday.

International Delivery

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and your country region.We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the pieces. 

Shipment days vary according to your country, therefore we need a complete address with a correct postal code to inform you the shipping cost. We will provide you a notification with a tracking number, however any delay caused by the courrier company or your local custom regulation is outside our responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

If you plan to exchange the items you purchased before, please contact our studio assistant first to fill inthe exchange form given.

We only provide exchanges for purchased items within 7 working days after we shipped the items. 

Items can be exchanged with same designs with different sizes or different designs with a same or higher price.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and shipped back together with the label tag attached.

Exchange is not possible if the desired items are out of stock.

Shipment charges occur for the exchanges will be on the customers.

No exchanges for rental items.

No returns for either purchase or rental items.
