  • IS THE SAFETY DEPOSIT MANDATORY for RENTAL?

Yes. The safety deposit at 20% of total amount is needed to confirm a rental to guarantee that all items are safe and carefully worn.

Rest assured, we will refund the full amount deposit back in 3 working days when the items are back in perfect condition as we sent it to you. No deposit is needed for any purchase transactions.

  • CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM DESIGN?

We don't provide custom made service at the moment. However, we do offer a wide range of designs in each of our collection that will accomodate various events.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOM SIZE?

We only provide sizes in International Standards. To help you select the perfect size, view our Sizing Guide.

Eventually, we might be able to help you do a minor alteration in some cases with additional cost. Contact us if you need to know the scope of alteration and fee.

  • CAN YOU HELP ME IN DECIDING MY MATERNITY SIZE?

Most of our maternity pieces are tailored to fit all mamas comfortably. To get a perfect fit, we do highly recommend to do fittings before confirming a rental, especially for maternity pieces. 

  • CAN I REQUEST OTHER COLOR BESIDES WHAT'S AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE?

Yes. We are glad to offer other shades based on our garment availability. Note that this only apply to purchased items, not rental.

  • IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. 

  • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

  • CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We cannot cancel any order which payment has been confirmed. However, all orders will be cancelled automatically if the payment is not settled within 48 hours. You can make a new order instead.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number or driver contact number. 

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
